| Abstract: | This paper is intended to provide an introduction about some fundamental principles in developing and de-signing a DSS for synthetic evaluation of the feasibility of contracts and administration in the quality control system of a steel pipe firm,functional structure of the system,key technology and problems solving.This system could make a practical use and be highly extendable. |
