| 摘 要： | 首钢京唐公司1号高炉投产后的强化达产遵循以‘消'定产、稳步提产的原则,适当控制铁水产量,实现了达产强化的平稳过渡。同时,通过控制风口循环区、活跃炉缸工作、稳定上部煤气分布、使用好风温、注重利用系数和负荷匹配、加强精料工作、规范和完善出铁制度,保证了在控制冶炼强化节奏时高炉炉况的顺行稳定。
