摘    要:机组高压加热器泄漏在发电企业发生的几率非常高,特别是3^#高加,泄漏几率更高.针对庄河电厂2×600MW超临界机组在运行中3^#高压加热器发生泄漏解列,同时高加出口电动门关闭不严的情况,利用系统管道布置条件,通过水封法成功在线处理3^#高压加热器的泄漏.实践表明:水封法安全可行,效果良好.

Abstract:The leakage probability of the high-pressure heater of thermal generator unit in power generation plants is very high. Especially for the 3^# high-pressure heater, the probability is higher than others for the complication of its operating situation and the significant effects brought with the changes of the load. In this paper, aimed at the power grid disconnection because of the leakage of the high-pressure heater in the operating 2 × 600 MW supercritical thermal generator sets and the gaping in the auto valve of the vent,the water seal method is proposed to deal with the leakage of the 3^# high-pressure heater online successfully by the arranging conditions of the system's pipe line under the conditions.
