永磁同步电机转子涡流损耗计算的实验验证方法

摘    要:表贴式永磁同步电机转子涡流损耗的计算受到很多学者的关注.但由于转子涡流损耗测量困难,目前还没有一种准确的实验验证方法.本文提出一种能分离出电机基本损耗、高频铜损和高频铁损的实验验证方法,对该验证方法的原理和实施方法进行了分析,并以一高速永磁同步电机的转子损耗测试为例,对永磁同步电机的高频损耗进行了测试和分析.实验结果表明,该验证方法能准确反映转子涡流损耗规律.

Abstract:Calculation of rotor eddy current losses of surface-mounted permanent magnet synchronous machines (PMSM) has attracted the attention of many scholars. Because it is difficult to measure the rotor eddy current losses, there is no appropriate experimental verification method for the calculation method. An experimental verification method is presented, in which the rotor eddy current losses are separated from the fundamental losses and the high-frequency stator core losses and winding resistance losses. The principle and implementation are analyzed in this paper. The method is applied in rotor eddy current losses test of a high-speed PMSM. And the high-frequency losses are measured and analyzed. Experimental results show that results with this method accord with the rule of the rotor eddy current losses.
