高铁高岭土矿资源的综合利用研究

摘    要:采用高梯度物理和化学除铁工业化生产工艺技术降低福建龙岩东宫下高岭土矿硐采高铁高岭土和露采高铁高岭土的氯化铁含量.将高岭土中的TFe2O3质量分数降至小于0.4%,并将漂白露采高铁高岭土与公司现有325目矿浆进行配浆生产325目高岭土,达到了陶瓷用高岭土产品要求.

Abstract:Content of ferric oxide in ferric kaolin of Longyan Kaolin Mine in Fujian excavated by chamber and open-pit was decreased using the industrial technology of high-gradient physical and chemical removal of iron with the fraction of TFe2O3 mass in kaolin being lowered to 0.4% and under. The bleached ferric kaolin from open-pit mining was blended with the existing 325-mesh slurry to produce 325-mesh kaolin,meeting the requirements of kaolin product for production of ceramic.
