| 摘 要： | 以关于酒文化的研究、建设及传播为中心,简介了国内外两次首届酒文化研讨会上相关问题的讨论,并以此索引,讲述了笔者在日常工作生活中身边关于＂酒文化＂所发生的一些值得回味的故事,指出＂酒文化＂作为我们中华民族的文化瑰宝,应该给予大力弘扬和传承。
