保健酒中草酸含量检测方法研究

建立保健酒中草酸含量的检测方法。选用ZORBAX SB-Aq柱（4.6 m×250 mm,5μm）,以磷酸二氢钾的水溶液（pH3.2）为流动相进行洗脱,流动相流速为0.80 mL/min;柱温箱温度为30℃;进样量为10μL;紫外检测器检测波长为220 nm。草酸在27.72～887.16 mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数R=0.9999,平均加样回收率102.87%,RSD=2.45%（n=6）。该方法简便、准确,重复性好,精密度高,可用于保健酒中草酸的质量控制。

Determination of Oxalic Acid Content in Healthcare Wine

A HPLC method for the measurement of the content of oxalic acid in healthcare wine had been developed as follows: stationary phase was ZORBAX SB-Aq column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),mobile phase was aqueous solution of potassium dihydrogen phosphate(pH value was 3.2),the flow rate of mobile phase was 0.80 mL/min,the column temperature was at 30 ℃,the injection volume was 10 μL,the wavelength of UV detector was 220 nm.The measurement results showed that the standard curve was linear within the range of 27.72～887.16 mg/L,r=0.9999,and the average recovery was 102.87 % with RSD=2.45 %(n=6).Such developed method was simple and accurate with good reproducibility and high precision,and suitable for the determination of oxalic acid content in healthcare wine.
