丙烯酸酯类无皂乳液的合成与性能研究

摘    要:采用半连续种子乳液聚合法,以2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为功能性单体,以过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,成功制备了一种高稳定性、高固含量的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯/丙烯酸丁酯(P(BA/MMA))无皂乳液。讨论了AMPS用量、BA与MMA配比、KPS用量等对乳液聚合过程的影响,并研究了乳液的流变性能。

Abstract:The 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid (AMPS) was used as a hydrophilic comonomer for the methyl methacrylate and n-butyl acrylate emulsifer-free emulsion copolymerization system to obtain the stable latex with high-solid content (50% wt).The factors to influence the polymerization process,such as the AMPS amount,the ratio of BA and MMA and the KPS amount, were discussed in detailed,and the rheological behavior of the emulsion was also studied in this paper.
