摘    要:结合生产实际,通过对浓香型白酒酿造工艺及其操作与白酒产质量的关系进行分析阐述,指出在传统酿造技艺的基础上不断创新和发展,是提高浓香型白酒产质量的关键所在。

Abstract:Based on production practice,the relationship between technical operation and the yield and the quality of Luzhou-flavor liquor was analysed.It was pointed out that constant technical innovation and technical development on the basis of traditional liquor-making techniques was the key to improve liquor yield and liquor quality.
