| Abstract: | Based on production practice,the relationship between technical operation and the yield and the quality of Luzhou-flavor liquor was analysed.It was pointed out that constant technical innovation and technical development on the basis of traditional liquor-making techniques was the key to improve liquor yield and liquor quality. |
