摘    要:中国是世界第一啤酒生产消费大国,但我国啤酒行业整体赢利能力有限。啤酒企业运营主要靠品牌营销和生产成本控制,在此基础上建立产销协同机制,可降低运营成本,保证产品质量,同时提高赢利能力。

Abstract:Although China is No.1 beer consumption country in the world,the overall profitability of breweries in China remains weak.As we know,the operation of breweries mainly depends on brand marketing and production cost control.Accordingly,the construction of proper collaborative mode of production and marketing could effectively reduce enterprise operating cost,guarantee beer quality,and improve the profitability of breweries.
