连铸中间包用干式料的发展概况

摘    要:从连铸中间包干式料的材质、结合剂和抗渗透剂等三方面阐述了干式料的研究进展。目前主流的干式料材质为镁质,并逐渐向镁钙质和镁硅质干式料发展。干式料在使用过程中加入低中温结合剂,使其在浇钢时烧结致密。在干式料中加入抗渗透剂来改善干式料的抗渣性能,也是中间包干式料的研究方向。

Abstract:The development of dry mix was discussed in views of material,binder and anti-penetrant.The current main dry mix is magnesia based material,tending to magnesia calcia based and magnesia silica based materials.Low and middle temperature binder is added into dry mix to make sure the dense sintering during steel pouring.To improve the slag resistance of dry mix by adding anti-penetrant is also the research aspect of dry mix for tundish.
