摘    要:作为电力行业当今世界上先进的环保技术,“烟塔合一”具有诸多优点,烟道的设计为该技术的一项重要内容。相对其它材料,由于玻璃钢材料的可设计性非常强,通过合理的设计,玻璃钢烟道可以较好地满足上述要求,具备良好的耐腐蚀性、寿命长、节约成本、重量轻、大跨度的特点。本文针对目前在国内烟气脱硫行业玻璃钢烟道烟囱的应用形式进行了详细介绍、分类归纳。并结合案例详细介绍了“烟塔合一”玻璃钢烟道的设计及应用,对玻璃钢烟道设计中的防腐蚀、管刚度、应力、挠度、热膨胀等问题进行了详细论述。

Abstract:As an advanced environmental protection technology in electric power industry of the world, system of combining stack with tower has many advantages; the design of flue is an important part of this technology. Because FRP materials design is easier than other materials, according to reasonable design, FRP flue can meet the requirements mentioned above, and possess good characteristic such as chemical resistance, long life, and cost effective, lightweight, large span. qlais paper makes an intro- duction, classification and induction about the flue and chimney application type in domestic FGD industry. According to a case, the design and application of system of combining stack with tower is introduced in detail, the chemical resistance, pipe stiffness, strength, deflection and expandability are discussed in the flue design.
