| 摘 要： | 简述了影响水果保鲜效果的因素和目前常用的水果保鲜技术,简单介绍了几种可能使水果包装用瓦楞纸箱兼具保鲜功能的方法.并提出了在瓦楞纸箱内表面涂饰一种具有保鲜功能的材料,从而使普通包装用瓦楞纸箱兼具保鲜功能的方法.

| Abstract: | The factors and principles of fruit decay were analyzed including the developing status of fruit preservation in the world. With the combination of paper-making industry, several kinds of fresh-keeping corrugated box were also introduced. A new method was to apply a kind of functional coating on the inner surface of corrugated box, which enable the fruit fresh keeping function. |
