摘    要:炼铁厂5#高炉铁口部位的炉缸侵蚀严重,冷却壁热流高,采用传统的护炉方法效果不佳,经过积极探寻,找到了一种更有效的护炉方法——从风口喂钛精线护炉法,并取得了良好的护炉效果。

Abstract:It is over 8 years since BF #5 at Iron-making Plant put into production, some problems occurred such as serious hearth erosion and high hot flow of cooling wall, which made effect of guard BF in traditional way disatisfactory. One more effective way by feeding titanium wire from the tuyere has been found, which has got better effect of guard BF.
