基于模糊PID的烟叶初烤温湿度控制系统

摘    要:设计了以AT89S51单片机为处理器的烟叶初烤温湿度控制系统,针对系统存在的诸如时变性、大滞后和调节时间长等特点,提出模糊自适应PID控制算法。实现烟叶初烤过程的温湿度实时控制。通过MATLAB对该算法进行的仿真结果表明,所设计的控制系统具有强鲁棒性和良好适应能力。

Abstract:AT89S51 microcontroller is used as the processor to design the temperature humidity control system.In order to achieve the real-time detection and control of temperature humidity of the tobacco baking,and also to against the existence of the control system,such as large time delay,overshoot,adjustable long time characteristics and so on,this paper proposes a control algorithm named fuzzy tunning PID to achieve real-time control of temperature humidity.The MATLAB simulation results show that the system has strong robustness and good adaptability.
