摘    要:为满足DW45智能断路器特性试验的需要,嘉控试验站建造了试验能力40kA的瞬动试验设备一套和试验能力为5kA的长期通电试验设备3套(组成三相)。设备已调试完毕,达到了预定的要求。本文就设计和调试中遇到的一些问题,探讨了如何计算瞬动试验设备的试验能力;瞬动试验设备主回路结构;瞬动试验用变压器的涌流及其抑制办法;瞬动试验设备的控制、测量和选相合闸技术;长期通电试验设备的稳流技术。

Abstract:A set of instantaneous operation test equipment of 40 kA and three sets of long term current carrying test equipment of 5 kA were built for the characteristics test of DW 45 circuit breaker. This paper discussed some problems in the design and test, such as the output computation, main circuit structure, surge of the transformers of the instantaneous operation test equipment, the stabilized current techrology of the long term current carrying test equipment.
