摘    要:研究了稀土变质处理对耐磨铸铁显微组织及冲击韧性的影响.结果表明,稀土变质能使铸铁的网状碳化物断开,冲击韧性提高,尤其变质后再经热处理,效果更明显.

Abstract:The effect of RE modification on the microstructure and impact toughness of wear resistant white cast iron are investigated.The results show that the eutectic carbide network will be breaked up and impact toughness increased by RE modification.RE modification followed by heat treating will obtain more noticeable effect for the wear resistant cast iron.
