摘    要:为了解阀控式铅酸(vRLA)电池在使用过程中发生枝晶短路的原因及机理,采用两种电池进行小电流深度过放电实验,并用扫描电子显微镜观察了电池隔板的形貌.结果表明:隔板较薄的电池容易产生枝晶短路.对VRLA电池枝晶短路产生的原因进行了分析.

Abstract:In order to obtain the cause and the mechanism of dendrite short circuit that took place in valve-regulated lead acid (VRLA) batteries, two kinds of batteries were taken for over-discharge experiment with small current and the morphologies of the separators in the batteries (before) and after over-discharge were observed by scan electron microscopy. The results indicated that the battery assembled by thinner separator was susceptible to dendrite short circuit. The reasons of dendrite short circuit in VRLA (batteries) were discussed.
