京西无烟煤固定床气化特性研究

摘    要:京西无烟煤具有无烟煤的一般性质,如无粘结性,挥发分含量低等,但其本身显著特点是灰熔点低,热稳定性差。φ600mm固定床混合煤气发生炉气化特性试验研究结果表明,京西无烟煤灰渣在气化炉内容易软化熔融生成融渣块,破坏气化炉内环境,使煤气质量下降,但操作时提高饱和温度可改善气化运行状况;在操作过程中,提高气化炉料层厚度,使煤料在干燥层内充分预热,可减小京西无烟煤受到的热冲击,削弱热爆裂对气化过程的影响。

Abstract:Jingxi Anthracite has the common characters as other anthracites, such as without caking property, less content of volatile. Besides, it has some special features, for example, lower ash fusibility and worse thermal stability. Jinxi anthracite gasification character research has been conducted in the 600 mm ID moving bed gasifier. The result is shown that, the ash is easy to soften and melt into lump. The environment was destroyed and reduces the gas quality. While, if increasing the saturation temperature the operation situation in the gasifier can be improved. If increasing the layer of coal, the feed coal can be preheated fully in drying layer. Thus, heat shock to the anthracite may decrease and the effect of thermal explosion on the gasification process may also weaken.
