超高压压缩机填料环失效分析及对策

摘    要:通过对茂名乙烯高压聚乙烯装置的超高压压缩机填料环异常断裂进行研究和分析,找出了造成填料环异常失效的原因是压缩机填料环发生了选择性腐蚀——脱锡腐蚀。针对失效原因,决定采取更换压缩机润滑油的措施解决填料失效的问题。实践证明,压缩机较改进前运行更加平稳,气缸泄漏量瞬间波动的情况已基本消除。

Abstract:By means of analysis on the cause of abnormal fracture on packing ring of ultrahigh pressure compressor in high pressure polyethy- lene plant of Maoming Ethylene Plant,searches out the reason of the packing ring fractured is that the compressor packing ring occurs selectiv- ity corrosion-detin corrosion.In accordance with the fracture reason,adopts the measure of replace the lub-oil of compressor to solve the problem of packing fracture.
