塑料模脱模与抽芯联合机构的设计

摘    要:模具设计可遵循很多的规律和经验,但具体到产品,应有大胆的创新理念,本文结合生产实际中某一塑料件产品的模具设计,提出了一种顶出脱模与侧向抽芯的联合机构,设计新颖,结构简单,理想地实现了设计要求,并在生产实践中取得了很好的经济效益。

Abstract:In this paper, based on the molding design process of a plastic product in manufacture, a core pulling mechanism combined with ejection device is developed, compared with traditional design. It has a original designing and simple structure, so carry out our design requirement perfectly, and we find that this design achieve good benefit in product manufacture.
