| 摘 要： | 模具设计可遵循很多的规律和经验，但具体到产品，应有大胆的创新理念，本文结合生产实际中某一塑料件产品的模具设计，提出了一种顶出脱模与侧向抽芯的联合机构，设计新颖，结构简单，理想地实现了设计要求，并在生产实践中取得了很好的经济效益。

| Abstract: | In this paper, based on the molding design process of a plastic product in manufacture, a core pulling mechanism combined with ejection device is developed, compared with traditional design. It has a original designing and simple structure, so carry out our design requirement perfectly, and we find that this design achieve good benefit in product manufacture. |
