万能钢梁轧机立轧辊轴与轴承座孔接触应力分析

摘    要:采用三维弹性接触有限元法对成万能钢梁轧机立轧辊轴与轴砂座之间的接触应力进行了分析,得出了接触应力的三维分布、最大以及接触应力随轴承座孔承载厚度变化的规律,并找到了确定轴承座孔最小可行承载厚度的方法。

Abstract:Using three-dimensionalelastic contact finite element method, the contact stress between the vertical rollershaft and the hole of vertical roller chock in universal mill is analysed. Thethree-dimension distribution, maximum value and change law of the contact stress with thehole thickness of vertical roller chock are obtained. The method to determine the minimumthickness of the hole of vertical roller chock is presented.
