| 摘 要： | 介绍云南红磷化工有限责任公司磷铵厂90 kt/a DAP系统,利用单一管式反应器工艺生产DAP的工艺设备运行基本情况.重点介绍湿线部分造粒洗涤系统及干燥洗涤系统的技改情况.经过技改,根本上解决了洗涤系统的堵塞现象,提高了开车率,使DAP生产能力从设计能力300 t/d提高到530 t/d

| Abstract: | The process, equipment and operation of the 90 kt/a diammonium phosphate plant with a single pipe reactor, are presented especially to the technological revamp on wet section:granulation and drying washing systems. And after the improvement, the blockage problem in washing systems are solved. leading to a higher productivity, increase from the previous 300 kt/a to the present 530 kt/a. |
