三波谐波齿轮传动圆盘式波发生器的设计

摘    要:建立了用于三波谐波齿轮传动的圆盘式波发生器分析模型,根据弹性理论得到波发生器作用下柔轮的径向位移与切向位移表达式,进而求出柔轮的弯曲应力计算公式,通过分析不同包角情况下柔轮弯曲应力沿圆周方向的分布,确定柔轮弯曲应力幅值最小时的角色,从而确定波发生器的圆盘半径以及圆盘的偏心距。给出了传动比为68的设计实例和设计过程。

Abstract:Applying the triple disk type wave generator to triple wave type harmonic drive will improve the stress status, and then increase the fatigue life of the flexspline. Also, the disk cam type triple wave generator can be fabricated on the basis of deformation figure of the flexspline under action of triple disks type wave generator. Besides above performances, the disk cam type triple wave generator can control the deformation figure of the flexspline, and prevent it from flexuosity. After seting up the analysis model of triple wave type harmonic drive, we worked out the flexspline's radial and tangential deformation expressions under the action of triple disk type wave generator by using the elasticity theory. The wrap angle is determined while the bend stress magnitude is the minimum via analyzing the bend stress distribution along the circumferential direction of the flexspline under the conditions of different wrap angles, consequently, the disk radius and eccentricity distance of wave generator are obtained. At last, an instance with ratio 68 and its design process are presented.
