摘    要:采用碱溶-液流旋分,将废旧锂离子电池中的富钴粉料分离,在H_2SO_4-H_2O_2体系中对该粉料浸出.采用先低液固比再高液固比浸出的方法,效果优于传统的连续高液固比浸出,钴的总浸出率约为98.23%.低液固比浸出最优条件为:2 mol/L H_2SO_4、H_2O_2用量1.5 ml/g、240 min、95℃、液固比4 ml/g,钴的浸出率为58.46%,终点pH=3.44.

Abstract:Rich-cobalt powder was separated from spent Li-ion battery by alkali dissolution and swirl classification. The powder was leached in H_2SO_4-H_2O_2 system. The technique of leaching at a low liquid-solid ratio first and then leaching at high liquid-solid ratio was better than leaching at high liquid-solid ratio continuously, the recovery of cobalt was 98.23% after the second high liquid-solid ratio leaching. The optimum conditions for the low liquid-solid ratio leaching were:2 mol/L H_2SO_4,1.5 ml/g of H_2O_2 adding amount,240 min,95 ℃,4 ml/g of liquid-solid ratio, the leaching efficiency of cobalt was 58.46%, the final pH=3.44.
