| 摘 要： | 数控冲床的编程不仅应保证加工出符合图纸要求的合格零件,还应合理应用数控冲床的各类功能,最大限度地减少辅助加工时间,提高材料的利用率,最终降低产品的加工成本,提高其市场竞争力。以几类零件为实例,介绍了数控冲床实际编程设计中的几种方法技巧。

| Abstract: | The programming of CNC punch should not only guarantee the qualified components that conform to the drawing requirements, but also minimize the manufacturing aided time and maximize the utilization ratio by reasonably applying all kinds of functions of CNC punch to reduce the cost of conversion and enhance its response to competition. This article takes some kinds of components as examples and introduces several programming methods of CNC punch applied in practical programming designs. |
