柴油机微粒陶瓷过滤器电加热再生时机的研究

摘    要:对于柴油机微粒陶瓷过滤器电加热再生方法而言,再生时机、再生用废气量、加热器结构与功率、再生策略等是影响再生效果的重要因素。再生时机的选择是要确定用于再生的微粒物质量,它不仅关系到过滤器的再生效果,而且影响发动机的经济性能。本文描述了优化再生时机的重要原则,并且对实用中微粒物质量的几种判定方法进行了研究。

Abstract:For the electric-heated regeneration method for diesel exhaust particulate ceramic filter,regeneration occasion,the exhaust volume for regeneration,the structure and power of the heater,and regeneration strategy are important influential factors.The choice of regeneration occasion is to fix the quality of particulate for regeneration, which influences not only the regeneration result but also the economy of the engine.The paper presents the important principles for the optimization of regeneration occasion,and makes study on several methods which are used to judge the quality of particulate in practice.
