知识型员工职业高原与工作倦怠关系的实证研究

摘    要:本文通过对武汉、深圳等地区373名企业知识型员工问卷的实证分析,检验了职业高原与工作倦怠之间的关系。研究结果表明:职业高原及其维度均与工作倦怠显著正相关,影响程度由强到弱依次为层级高原、内容高原、中性化高原。由于工作倦怠容易影响知识型员工的身心健康从而导致工作效率的低下,因此必须关注知识型员工,帮助他们消除工作倦怠感。

Abstract:This study takes 373 workers of Wuhan and Shenzhen as the research object.By the empirical analysis of questionnaire,it discusses the relationship between career plateau and job burnout.The result is: career plateau and its dimensions are positively correlated with job burnout markedly;and the effects of the order from strong to the weak as,level plateau,and content plateau and inclusive plateau.Because the job burnout tends to affect knowledge-worker's physical and mental health resulting in work efficiency is low,so we must concern knowledge-type employees,and help them to eliminate working tired feeling.
