| 摘 要： | 优化人才培养方案是高等职业院校主动适应经济社会发展,培养合格高技能人才的需要。本文从优化人才培养方案的方向,整体优化教学内容和课程体系,建立科学的课程体系结构,推行工学结合,加强实践能力的培养,构建具有特色的实践教学体系等方面进行了探索与实践。

| Abstract: | optimizing the talent training scheme is the higher vocational colleges initiatively adapt to economic and social development,cultivate qualified high-skill talents needs.This article from the direction of the talent training scheme optimization,integral optimization of teaching contents and curriculum system,establishing scientific curriculum system structure,promote work-integrated learning,strengthen the cultivation of practice ability,constructing the characteristic practice teaching system etc explored and practice. |
