基于有限元的柴油机机体疲劳寿命仿真

摘    要:基于有限元应力分析,应用S-N曲线法,对某4缸柴油机机体在标定工况载荷下的疲劳寿命进行了仿真分析.仿真结果表明,机体疲劳强度的薄弱区域位于机体横隔板及机体上半部分,比较了疲劳寿命分布与静态应力分布的异同.

Abstract:The fatigue life distribution of a diesel engine cylinder block based on finite element analysis under declared operation condition was simulated by applying S-N curve method.The results show that there are two severe areas of fatigue,one area is located at bulkhead,and the other area is located at upper part of cylinder block.The difference between fatigue life distribution and static stress distribution was compared.
