摘    要:以ABS为基材N,N-二甲基乙酰胺为溶剂、聚乙二醇600为致孔剂,采用浸没沉淀相转化法制备超滤膜,研究碱性条件下水解作用对ABS超滤膜性能的影响.结果表明:经常温碱性水解后,ABS超滤膜的截留率保持不变,但渗透通量提高了22%,膜的耐污染性能也有明显提高;而经50℃碱性水解后,ABS超滤膜的渗透通量和耐污染性大幅提高,但膜的强度变差,截留率显著降低.

Abstract:ABS ultrafiltration membrane was prepared from suspensions by the phase inversion process.The suspensions consisted of ABS,N,N dimethylacetamide,and polyethylene glycol.Effect of hydrolysis under conditions of base on the separation properties of ABS ultrafiltration membrane was investigated.Results indicated that hydrolysis under conditions of base at room temperature had no influence on the rejection of ABS ultrafiltration,and could obviously improve the permeation fluxes and anti-fouling ability of ABS ultrafiltration membrane.But hydrolysis under conditions of base at 50℃ resulted in an abrupt increase of fluxes and anti-fouling ability with an obvious reduction of rejection.
