| 摘 要： | 浙江电力通过ARIS流程管理平台的实施,借助ARIS平台与SAP Solution Manager系统的同步集成技术,实现了流程管理平台与ERP系统的无缝集成,保证了流程蓝图设计与系统内流程实现的一致性,构建了具有行业特征和浙江省电力公司特色的ERP流程配置管理平台,为企业提供强大的业务流程结构化管理功能,为ERP持续深化应用奠定了良好的基础。

| Abstract: | With the help of synchronized integration technology between the ARIS platform and SAP solution manager system, the implementation of ARIS process management platform in Zhejiang Provincial Electric Power Company makes seamless integration of process management platform and ERP systems, ensures the consistency of process design and process implementation, and builds an ERP business process configuration management platform with power industry features and self characteristics. The platform will be helpful to provide a powerful structured management ability of business process, and lay a good foundation for continuous and deepening application of ERP systems. |
