自定义报表平台的实施与应用

基层单位跨部门、跨业务的报表工作量大,多以手工填报为主,存在多次录入、数据源不唯一等问题。随着SG186营销业务应用、GPMS与ERP等系统的深化应用,数据中心的数据储备日益完备详细,为自定义报表平台提供扎实的数据基础。福州电业局成立报表减负工作领导小组及其办事机构,实行周例会汇报制,组织多专业开展报表自定义生成与报送研究,重新梳理与规范报送流程,界定基层班组与职能部室的职责分工,减轻报表工作量,现已实现各营业网点营销类、配电类报表以及财务统计报表的自定义生成与报送,后期还将实现发策、人资等其他业务领域的报表应用。
