状态监测异常数据过滤及告警机制

摘    要:由于监测装置制造工艺缺陷,造成大量数据不准确,通过对输变电设备在线监测系统状态信息处理机制的研究,降低系统的误报率同时提升监测数据的可用性。首先进行数据过滤,剔除偏离度大的数据,然后通过阈值告警、趋势告警和突变告警机制得出相应的告警信息,最后对相应的告警信息进行加工得到最终的设备告警信息,从而消除了在线监测系统的误告警风暴,提升了系统的实用性。

Abstract:Due to the defects of monitoring equipments, Thus, this paper proposes an online monitoring condition a large number of monitoring data may be not accurate. information processing mechanism of power transmission and distribution equipments in order to reduce false alarm rate and improve the availability of monitoring data. The mechanism filters data by removing data with larger deviation degree, sets the corresponding alarm information according to the mechanisms of threshold alarm, trend alarm and mutation alarm, further deals with the alarm information to make final equipment alarm information. Using this mechanism, the false alarm rate of the on-line monitoring system is reduced and system practicability is enhanced
