合纤长丝热气流变形中加热对气压与流速的影响分析

摘    要:对合纤长丝热气流变形中加热对空气压强与流速的影响进行了分析.指出加热时发生变化的流动空气参数不仅是温度、压强、速度,马赫数Ma、密度、总压和嫡等参数也发生了变化.在重点对气流压强与速度的变化进行分析的基础上,进一步指出对空气加热的3个限制因素是:纤维对气流温度升高的承受能力、避免气流发生壅塞和气流的热阻状态.

Abstract:he influences of heating on the pressure and velocity in the hot air jet texturing process of synthetic fibers are investigated.The author explains that the parameter changes of air flow during the process not only include temperature,pressure and velocity,but mach number,density,total pressure and entropy as well.Based on the emphatical study on air flow pressure change and velocity,the author further points out three restrictive factors to the air heating,viz:the endurance of fiber to the temperature rising of air flow,the avoidance of blocking of air flow and its thermal resistance condition.
