内掺渗透结晶型防水材料混凝土自愈性能研究

摘    要:为了更好地阻止混凝土裂缝导致混凝土结构耐久性的劣化,试验将水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料(CCCW)内掺入混凝土中,研究该材料对混凝土裂缝自愈合性能的影响。试验采用内掺量为0%、1%、2%、3%的水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料的混凝土,通过对其抗压强度回复率,劈裂抗拉强度回复率和二次抗渗压力的测定,确定了该材料的最佳掺量,并采用扫描电镜对其微观结构进行了分析。试验结果表明,内掺量为1%的水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料的混凝土自愈合性能最佳,混凝土内部晶体的数量增加和形貌改变是其自愈合性能提高的根本原因。

Abstract:In order to prevent the concrete better from causing the deterioration of the concrete structure’s durability, the cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof material(CCCW)was incorporated into the concrete to study the effect of the material on the self-healing properties of the concrete crack. The concrete with cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof material with 0%, 1%, 2% and 3% internal content was used for the compressive strength recovery rate, splitting tensile strength recovery rate and secondary impermeability pressure. The optimum amount of the material was determined by measurement, and the microstructure was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy. The test results show that the cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof material with 1% internal content can improve the self-healing properties of concrete. The increase in the number of crystals inside the concrete and the change of morphology are the primary causes of the improvement of self-healing performance.
