摘    要:通过理论计算和经验类比等手段,解决复杂环境下1座薄壁钢筋混凝土倒锥形水塔的爆破拆除,因倒塌场地小,筒壁薄、钢筋密、重心高,易产生后坐甚至爆而不倒的问题,设计了合理的爆破切口和定向窗尺寸、爆破技术参数、起爆网路等;根据倒塌失稳计算和预留支撑筒壁的强度校核,验证了爆破切口高度及长度的合理性;对爆破振动、飞石和塌落振动等爆破危害进行了校核。结果显示,起爆后水塔缓慢倾倒,2 s后水塔出现下坐,下坐高度约5 m;倒塌趋势形成后,下坐并未影响倒塌方向;爆破未造成周边民房损坏,未发生安全事故,可为类似工程提供借鉴。

Blasting demolition of thin-walled inverted cone water tower in complex environment

Abstract:Through the theoretical calculation and empirical analogy, a thin-walled reinforced concrete inverted conical water tower was demolished in a complex environment. Because the collapsed site is small, and the wall of the tube is thin, the steel bar is dense, and the center of gravity is high, it is easy to produce backward collapse, and even a problem of not dumping after blasting. The size of the blasting cut, the size of the directional window, the technical parameters of the blasting, the detonating network, etc. were designed. The collapse instability calculation and the strength check of the reserved wall verify the rationality of the height and length of the blasting cut. The safety inspection of blasting hazards such as blasting vibration, flying stone and collapse vibration was carried out. The results showed that the water tower began to pour slowly after the detonation. After about 2 s, the water tower began to backward collapse and the height was about 5 m.After the dumping trend was formed, backward collapse did not affect the direction of the collapse. The blasting did not cause damage to the surrounding houses, and no safety incident occurred. This can provide a reference for similar projects.
