矿渣石膏基胶凝材料强度影响因素试验研究

摘    要:为了研发可以替代水泥的无熟料胶凝材料,通过试验探索矿渣比表面积、石膏及复合激发剂掺量3个因素对胶凝材料抗压强度、抗折强度的影响,并对胶凝材料浆体进行XRD图谱和SEM图片分析。结果表明,矿渣比表面积500 kg/m2,石膏掺量10%,激发剂掺量5%,可以获得强度较高的胶凝材料;胶凝材料浆块的主要生成物是钙矾石和水化硅酸钙。

Abstract:In order to explore the cementitious material without clinker replace of the cement, the experiments about factors influencing the compressive strength and bending strength conducted through study the specific surface area of slag, the content of gypsum and complex activated material. Meanwhile, the XRD spectra of cementitious materials and SEM photo of paste blocks were analyzed. The results showed: when the specific surface area of slag was 500 kg/m^2 , the content of gypsum was 10% and the content of complex activated material was 5%, the strength of cementitious materials could obtain the most data;the main products of its blocks were ettringite and tobermorite.
