摘    要:应用集成测试和虚拟仪器的先进设计思想,研制了装甲车辆底盘关键部件综合检测系统;编写了多通道数据采集、信号分析与处理、故障诊断等应用软件,实现了多种运行状态参数的实车不解体检测和关键部件的技术状况分析。对于提高装备维修保障能力具有重要意义。

Abstract:A composite detection system for the key parts of armored vehicle chassis was developed by an advanced design thought of integrated measurement and virtual instrument;the software of multi-channel data acquisition,signal analysis and processing,fault diagnosis were programmed,to realize multi-parameter non-disassembly detection on actual vehicle working condition and key parts technical status analysis.It has important significance to improve the maintenance support ability of equipment.
