三苯基硅烷的合成工艺研究

摘    要:通过正交实验对格氏试剂法合成三苯基硅烷进行了优化.确定三苯基硅烷的最佳合成工艺条件为:格氏试剂反应温度75℃、回流时间4.0 h、三氯氢硅滴加温度15℃,在此条件下,三苯基硅烷产率为84.6%,重结晶后纯度达95.56%.

Abstract:The synthesis conditions of triphenyl silane by Grignardre reagent method were optimized by orthogonal experiment.The optimum conditions were determined as follows: the reaction temperature of Grignard reagent was 75℃,the reflux time was 4.0 h,the temperature of dropping trichlorosilane was 15℃.Under above conditions,the yield of triphenyl silane was 84.6% and its purity achieved 95.56% after recrystallization.
