改性聚天冬氨酸共聚物的合成及其阻硫酸钙垢性能的研究

摘    要:以马来酸酐(MA)、氨水、柠檬酸(CA)和牛磺酸(AES)为原料,在水体系中采用热缩聚方法制备了一种含有羧基、磺酸基和羟基的聚琥珀酰亚胺共聚物中间体(SHPSI),经碱解得到改性的聚天冬氨酸(PASP)共聚物(SHPASP)。探讨了牛磺酸用量、反应温度及反应时间对SHPASP阻硫酸钙垢性能的影响。确定SHPASP的最佳合成条件为:n(MA)∶n(AES)=1∶0.050,反应温度180℃,反应时间2 h。当SHPASP用量为8 mg.L-1时,其对硫酸钙的阻垢率达到100%。采用红外光谱对SHPASP结构进行了表征;通过XRD对SHPASP阻硫酸钙垢的结构进行分析,结果表明,SHPASP的加入对硫酸钙垢晶体的生长起到了抑制作用。

Abstract:A polysuccinimide copolymer with carboxyl,sulfonic acid group and hydroxyl(SHPSI) was synthesized via thermal condensation using maleic anhydride,ammonia,citric acid and 2-taurine as raw materials in water system.Then modified PASP copolymer(SHPASP) was prepared by alkali-hydrolysis of SHPSI.Effects of 2-taurine dosage,reaction temperature and reaction time on the scale inhibiting performance of SHPASP to CaSO4 were studied.The optimal conditions for the reaction were that the molar ratio of maleic acid to 2-taurine,reaction time and reaction temperature were 1∶0.050,2 h and 180℃,respectively.At the dosage of 8 mg·L-1,the scale inhibiting rate of SHPASP to CaSO4 was 100%.The obtained copolymers′structure was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).The structure of calcium sulfate scale inhibited by SHPASP was investigated by XRD.The results showed that the growth of calcium sulfate was inhibited by the addition of SHPASP.
