| 摘 要： | 洗煤车间包括原煤、洗煤、末煤、检修4个车间。全厂控制系统主要由原煤车间、洗煤车间、洗末煤车间3个控制部分组成。控制系统PLC采用S7-200系列,实施后保证现场设备的运行状态,便于选煤厂实行集中管理和统一调度指挥,提高了生产自动化水平,保证了安全高效生产。

| Abstract: | The coal washing workshop includes raw coal,coal washing,coal last,maintenance four workshops.The plant-wide control system is mainly composed of coal shop,coal washing plant,the coal workshop at the end of the wash three control section.Control system PLC uses S7200 series,after implementation,the operational status of field devices is ensured.It’s easy for the preparation plant to implement centralized management and scheduling command,the automation level of production is improved,the safe efficient production is ensured. |
