摘    要:为了研究湿压缩压气机最大进口喷水量和所喷入水滴直径大小,考虑水滴是在压力、温度变化的环境条件下进行蒸发,采用等压差微元段形式建立了饱和湿压缩数学模型.分析了饱和湿压缩对压气机耗功、出口温度、最大喷水量的影响,得到了各压比下所需要的最大喷水量,并在理论上研究了水滴在压气机内的蒸发速率和蒸发时间.

Abstract:In order to research the maximum quantity of inlet water injection for compressor with wet compression and the sizes of injected water droplets under variable temperatures and pressures of evaporation conditions, tiny elements of constant pressure difference are chosen to establish the mathematical model of the saturated wet compression process. The influences of the saturated wet compression and the maximum quantity of injected water are analyzed. The required maximum quantities of different compression ratios are given. Evaporation rate and time of water droplets within compressor are investigated theoretically.
