聚醋酸乙烯水泥砂浆的性能及其应用

研究掺聚醋酸乙烯水泥砂浆的轴拉和轴压应力－应变关系，抗弯性能以及长期粘结抗弯强度。试验结果表明，掺入聚醋酸乙烯能有效改善砂浆的变形力学性能和粘结强度、施工和易性、并具有良好的耐久性。聚合物砂浆可广泛应用于粘结、修补及结构加因中的钢板粘贴和表面粉刷等。

Property and application for polyvinyl acetate cement mortar

This paper delivered the relationships of uniaxial tensile and compressive stress with strain and bending properties,and felt－bending strength of cement mortar with polyvinyl acetate(PVAC).Test results show that,with adding of PVAC,the polymer－mortar possessed excellent felt－bending properties,especially for the long－term durability.Therefore,the deformation and mechanical properties of mortar can be improved efficiently by adding PVAC.Furthermore,the workability of PVAC－mortar has been ameliorated.Hence,the polymer－mortar can be widely used as agglutinating of old－fresh concrete,sticking steel plate and surface whitewashing at structure feinforced.
