鼓泡脱硫塔除雾器除雾特性数值研究及实验验证

摘    要:为提高除雾器对不同粒径小液滴的脱除效果,减轻脱硫系统气气换热器的堵塞程度,对鼓泡脱硫塔除雾器性能进行了数值分析和实验研究。数值分析表明:除雾效率随液滴直径的增大而增大,随进气速度的增大而增大,随除雾器叶片间距的增大而降低;带倒钩的弧形板除雾器比折形板除雾器的除雾效率高;粒径小于20μm的小液滴脱除效率较低。冷态实验台上的除雾器性能实验验证了数值分析的结果。为除雾器的设计和优化提供参考。

Abstract:In order to improve demisting efficiency of mist eliminator in terms of different droplet diameter and reduce blockage of gas gas heater (GGH) in desulfurization system, numerical simulation and experimental study were carried out on the mist eliminator in bubble desulfurizer.
