摘    要:本文探讨了一种基于嵌入式系统的软件延迟符合分辨测量氡同位素技术,建立基于ARM嵌入式微处理器试验装置,记录核脉冲序列的时序信息,利用氡同位素的短寿命子体钋半衰期不同的特性,用一种软件延迟符合测量法分辨测量了219Rn和220Rn源。实验结果表明,软件延迟符合系统能分辨测量低水平219Rn和220Rn,操作简便,达到了设计目的。
