摘    要:数字孪生车间近年来逐渐成为大众关注的热点,它可借助虚实融合技术实现物理车间与虚拟车间的互联互通,使得虚拟车间的信息更加贴合现实,有助于实际生产。基于数字孪生概念、数字孪生车间的特性和研究应用,对数字孪生车间的虚实融合研究进行综述。介绍了虚实研究对象,即物理车间和虚拟车间;论述了虚实融合系统中车间服务系统的工作过程;分析了虚实融合技术的三大关键部分及相关技术的支撑。最后对数字孪生车间的虚实融合问题进行了展望。

Abstract:The digital twin workshop has become a hot spot of public attention in recent years.It can realize the interconnection between the physical workshop and the virtual workshop with the help of virtual-real fusion technology,making the information of the virtual workshop more realistic and conducive to actual production.On the basis of the concept of digital twin,the characteristics and research application of digital twin workshop,the research on virtual-real integration of digital twin workshop was summarized.The research objects of virtual and real,namely physical workshop and virtual workshop,were introduced;the working process of workshop service system in virtual and real fusion system was discussed;the three key parts of virtual and real fusion technology and the support of related technologies were analyzed.Finally,the virtual-real fusion problem of digital twin workshop was discussed.
