固体火箭发动机虚拟试验技术研究综述

摘    要:试验测试是评估武器装备性能的重要技术,为解决传统试验方式存在的资源成本高、试验性能难以预示等问题,将虚拟试验技术与固体火箭发动机试验测试领域结合,以缩短发动机试验周期、降低测试费用、提高产品质量。基于固体火箭发动机主要试验测试方法的研究现状,重点介绍了固体火箭发动机虚拟试验的总体架构,阐述了虚拟试验中需要构建的模型和结果的校核验证,进一步展望了科研人员未来可挖掘的潜在研究方向。

Overview of Virtual Testing Technology for Solid Rocket Engines
Abstract:Experimental testing is an important technology for evaluating the performance of weapons and equipment.High resource costs and difficult prediction of experimental performance are significant problems in traditional testing methods,in order to solve these problems,virtual testing technology is combined with the field of solid rocket engine testing to shorten the engine testing cycle,reduce testing costs,and improve product quality.Based on the research status of the main testing methods of solid rocket engines,the overall architecture of virtual testing for solid rocket engines is emphasized,the models that need to be constructed in virtual testing and the verification and validation of results are elaborated.In addition,potential research directions that researchers can explore in the future are further prospected.
