摘    要:针对河湖管理中人工巡查的不便和局限,发现问题处理流程长、事后无跟踪,信息化利用率低等问题,设计出一种基于BPT结点区域合并算法的无人机河湖巡检图像智能处理平台,制定初始分割、区域合并相结合的混合图像分割算法。通过BPT结点区域合并算法提取可能含有河湖污染的区域,并以此作为问题源构建河湖管理的闭环,较好的完成巡检目标。

Abstract:In view of the inconvenience and limitation of manual inspection in river and lake management, discover problems processing flow is long, no tracking afterwards, and the information utilization rate is low. An intelligent processing platform for UAV river and lake inspection image based on BPT node region merging algorithm is designed, and a hybrid image segmentation algorithm combining initial segmentation and region merging is developed. The region that may contain river and lake pollution is extracted by BPT node region merging algorithm, and the closed loop of river and lake management is constructed based on the problem source, so as to better complete the inspection target.
