束状孔分层落矿采矿方法研究

摘    要:针对球形药包分层崩落采矿法落矿分层厚度小、采场生产能力较低的问题,基于束状孔爆破理论,研发束状孔分层落矿采矿方法。束状孔爆破具有增强破岩作用的爆破效应。4~5个炮孔组成的束状孔,采用当量球形药包装药,爆破分层高度为单孔球形药包爆破的2~3倍。束状孔分层落矿采矿方法采用束状深孔当量球形药包漏斗爆破,束状炮孔间距7~8 m,采用普通工业炸药爆破。每次分层爆破落矿高度5~8 m,贫化率8%,损失率10%,大块率<5%,采场生产能力1 800~2 400 t/d。与单孔球形药包爆破VCR法比较,大块率降低10%~20%,采场生产能力提高1倍以上。束状孔分层落矿采矿方法是一种适用于厚大矿体、中厚急倾斜矿体的大规模高效开采方法。

Abstract:In response to the problem of small layered thickness and low production capacity of the subleve caving mining with spherical charge, based on the theory of bunch-holes blasting, the Bunch-holes crater retreat mining method (BCR) is developed. Bunch-holes blasting has the enhancing rock breaking effect. When using equivalent spherical charge (ESC) of a bunch-holes with 4-5 holes, the blasting layering height is 2-3 times that of a single hole. The BCR mining method uses equivalent spherical charge (ESC) crater for blasting with deep bunch-holes, and the spacing between bunch-holes is 7-8m, and the ordinary industrial explosives are used. Each layered blasting has a height of 5-8m. The dilution rate is 8%, the loss rate is 10%, the large block rate<5% and the production capacity is 1800-2400t/d. Compared with the single hole spherical charge blasting VCR method, the large block rate is reduced by 10-20%, and the stope production capacity is increased by more than twice. It is a large-scale and efficient mining method suitable for thick and large ore bodies, medium thick and steeply inclined ore bodies.
